These hours were established to provide the utmost convenience for our patients' needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. If we are unable to reach you by phone or email, we ask that you call the office to confirm the appointment time. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend to us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary to for you to change an appointment, we require 2 business days advanced notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen.

Our office is conveniently located at the corner of Washington & Michigan. We have pleasing Lake and North Michigan Avenue views from our operatory windows as well as a spectacular view of Millennium Park!
